Purpose of the Competition
The competition aims to:
- Develop stage culture and professional performance level
- Provide opportunities for participation in international projects, competitions and festivals
- Strengthen international cultural cooperation
- Promote artistic creativity and performance excellence

- 7–9 years
- 10–12 years
- 13–15 years
- 16–18 years

Performance Requirements
- Soloists may perform with a backing track or a musical instrument of their choice.
- Background vocals are allowed only partially and must not cover the solo part.
- The soloist’s vocal line must not duplicate the backing track.
- Maximum song duration: 3 minutes 40 seconds.
- Participants perform one song per nomination.
- A participant may enter multiple nominations for an additional fee.
Important:
Grand Prix winners of 2025 may not participate in 2026 in the same age category.
Evaluation & Grading System
The grading system is open and transparent.
95–99 — Laureate I
90–94 — Laureate II
85–89 — Laureate III
80–84 — Diploma
75–79 — Participant
100 — Grand Prix Nominee
The Grand Prix decision is based on total points. In case of equal scores, the jury chairperson has the deciding vote.
Jury decisions are final and cannot be contested.
Jury
The international jury consists of singers, producers, composers, artistic directors and cultural professionals.

- Mini Grand Prix — 200 €
- Junior Grand Prix — 350 €
- Grand Prix — 500 €
- Best Ensemble Special Award — 250 €

All participants receive trophies, diplomas and gifts.

Application deadline: 1 April 2026
Entry fee payment deadline: 10 April 2026
(Late applications will not be accepted.)

After 20 April, song changes are subject to a 20 € administrative fee.
Participation fees are non-refundable in case of withdrawal for personal reasons.

Additional Information
- The exact contest schedule will be available from the organizing committee 14 days before the competition starts.
- Participants must arrive at the competition accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the participant’s behavior, safety, and well-being during the event.
- Participants are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses.
- The festival organizers reserve the right to photograph, film, record, store, and use photo and video materials taken during the competition.
- The competition will be broadcast live on the Tallinn Voice Facebook page and professionally recorded.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to close applications before the announced deadline if the maximum number of participants in certain categories is reached.
- By submitting an application, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the International Music Contest Tallinn Voice and confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the competition guide and rules.
